An ARK-style innovation Portfolio you can follow in your own brokerage account

An ARK-style innovation Portfolio you can follow in your own brokerage account.

I'm Chris, one of the co-founders of Autopilot. People search for an ARK tracker and mean two different things: either the fund's holdings, which are published daily by the fund itself, or the style of investing, which is a method somebody else can run. We have the second one. Let me be clear about which.

One thing first, because we're an SEC-registered investment adviser and I have to say it. Autopilot is the app. The actual investment advice comes from Autopilot Advisers, LLC. If you want the full legal version of anything in here, it's on our disclaimer page.

What ARK publishes, and why a tracker of it is a strange idea

ARK's exchange-traded funds disclose their holdings publicly, and unlike a hedge fund they do it daily rather than 45 days after a quarter. So there's no filing lag to solve and no secret to uncover. If you want exactly what the fund owns, the fund is the thing to buy, and that's not a service anybody needs an app for.

What the Portfolio on Autopilot actually is

Wood If She Could Index is a Portfolio published by a Pilot, Dynamic Wealth Solutions, and managed by Autopilot Advisers. Its description says constituents are selected with an ARK-inspired framework combining top-down innovation themes with bottom-up company analysis, and that companies are chosen for technological leadership, a large long-term opportunity, limited institutional ownership, and enough liquidity and technical durability.

The description also says what the Pilot is aiming at that a large fund structurally can't: the earliest stage of innovation, where scale and liquidity constraints keep big funds from taking meaningful positions. Small-cap innovation, in other words.

ARK and Cathie Wood have nothing to do with it. It's not affiliated with them, it's not endorsed by them, and it isn't a reproduction of any ARK fund's holdings.

The honest limits

Small-cap innovation is the highest-volatility corner of a high-volatility style. Limited institutional ownership, the screen the description names, is the same thing as thin trading in a drawdown. A Portfolio like this can be flat or down for long stretches, and no framework changes that. Read the description in the app, look at what it actually holds, and size it as the speculative sleeve it is rather than as a core position.

How following works

You pick the Portfolio, connect the brokerage you already use, and allocate money. You give Autopilot Advisers limited authority to send orders to the account you already have. When the Portfolio changes, we send them and your broker fills them. The money stays put.

It connects the way Venmo connects to your bank account.

What it costs

A flat cash subscription, not a percentage of your balance. Per our Form CRS dated February 2026, Basic Tier has no Base Advisory and Licensing Fee, and Premium Tier is $29.99 to $199.99 a quarter or $99.99 to $699.99 a year. Pilot subscriptions are separate and add on if you follow more than one Portfolio. Because it's a flat dollar amount, it's a bigger share of a small account than a big one, so do the math at your balance.

Frequently asked questions

Cathie Wood ARK holdings tracker

ARK's funds publish their own holdings daily, so there's nothing to uncover there. What Autopilot has is a different thing: an ARK-inspired Portfolio built by an independent Pilot, not a tracker of ARK's positions.

app to invest like Cathie Wood

Wood If She Could Index is a Portfolio on Autopilot that uses an innovation framework the Pilot describes as ARK-inspired, focused on earlier-stage companies. It is not affiliated with ARK or Cathie Wood.

Is there an ARK-style portfolio I can follow in my own brokerage?

Yes. Pick it, connect your brokerage, allocate money. When the Portfolio changes we send the orders and your broker fills them. The money stays at your broker.

ARK innovation alternative portfolio

The Portfolio's stated aim is the earliest stage of innovation, where a large fund's size works against it. That also makes it more volatile than a big diversified fund, which is the trade you're making.
