Nurse Neil's Portfolios on Autopilot: the Prediction Market Engine and Crypto Bull Run Fund

Nurse Neil's Prediction Market Engine and Crypto Bull Run Fund on Autopilot, how AI fits the process, and how to follow them.

Chris Josephs7 min read

I'm Chris, one of the co-founders of Autopilot. Nurse Neil is, as the description puts it, actually a nurse. There are two Portfolios, and both are built around fast-moving themes.

Here's what each one holds by design, and how AI fits into the process.

One thing first, because we're an SEC-registered investment adviser and I have to say it. Autopilot is the app. The actual investment advice comes from Autopilot Advisers, LLC. If you want the full legal version of anything in here, it's on our disclaimer page.

1) Who Nurse Neil is

Nurse Neil is an independent Pilot who creates and manages both Portfolios. The description talks about bringing the same calm, disciplined approach from nursing into the markets, and mentions a trading community run with a partner outside Autopilot.

For both Portfolios, Nurse Neil uses several large language models as part of the stock-selection process, with human oversight. The models are tools. Nurse Neil makes the decisions.

2) Prediction Market Engine

Built around the growth of retail prediction markets. It holds public companies that have either invested in prediction market businesses or offer prediction markets on their own platforms, and it's actively managed as leadership in the space shifts.

The full story, including what you're actually buying, is in Is there an app that invests in prediction market stocks for me?.

3) Crypto Bull Run Fund

Concentrated exposure to the growth of digital assets through public markets. The description lists crypto infrastructure companies, companies that hold crypto on their balance sheets, crypto exchanges, miners, and spot cryptocurrency ETFs. It says it's positioned for growing institutional adoption of Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Solana, and that it doesn't try to time the bottom.

The other crypto-through-stocks Portfolios are compared in Is there an app that invests in crypto and blockchain stocks for me?.

4) The risk, said plainly

I want to be honest with you. Both of these are volatile. Crypto-linked stocks can swing even harder than the coins themselves, and prediction markets face rules that are still unsettled.

These are small, concentrated bets. Size them that way, and check the worst stretch in each record.

5) How to choose between them

They don't overlap much by design, but they share a temperament. Both are momentum-driven themes that can move fast in either direction.

If you follow both, you're doubling down on that temperament, not diversifying away from it.

6) How following works

Pick a Portfolio, connect the brokerage you already use, and allocate money. You give Autopilot Advisers limited authority to send orders to the account you already have. When the Portfolio changes, we send them and your broker fills them. The money stays put.

A flat cash subscription, not a percentage of your balance. Per our Form CRS dated February 2026, Basic Tier has no Base Advisory and Licensing Fee, and Premium Tier is $29.99 to $199.99 a quarter or $99.99 to $699.99 a year. Pilot subscriptions are separate and add on for each Pilot you subscribe to. Because it's a flat dollar amount, it's a bigger share of a small account than a big one, so do the math at your balance.

TLDR: Nurse Neil runs two Portfolios on Autopilot: the Prediction Market Engine, built around companies tied to prediction markets, and the Crypto Bull Run Fund, which gets crypto exposure through stocks and spot ETFs. Nurse Neil uses large language models as a tool with human oversight. Both are volatile.

Autopilot does not hold client assets. All investments are held at the brokerage firm you select and connect to Autopilot. Your brokerage firm is responsible for trade execution, custody, and reporting. Autopilot is not responsible for your broker-dealer’s services, fees, or execution quality.

Autopilot’s services depend on technology systems, third-party APIs, and internet connectivity. System outages, API disruptions, or connectivity issues may temporarily affect service availability or trade execution timing.

Client account holdings are designed to track the Portfolio you’ve selected, but your actual holdings and performance may differ from the Portfolio due to execution timing, market conditions, brokerage capacity constraints, fractional share availability, and other factors outside Autopilot’s control.

For Portfolios inspired by publicly disclosed trading activity, there may be a delay between when a Pilot executes a trade and when that trade becomes publicly available and is incorporated into the Portfolio. This timing delay may affect the suitability or performance of trades when executed in client accounts.

Third-Party Pilot Portfolios are created and managed by independent third parties who are not affiliated with Autopilot, are not acting as your investment adviser, and owe you no fiduciary duty. Third-Party Pilots receive a share of the fees attributable to their Portfolios, which creates conflicts of interest for them and for Autopilot, and they may trade the same securities their Portfolios hold. Autopilot may convert a Third-Party Pilot Portfolio to an Autopilot Portfolio at any time.

Autopilot does not use AI to construct Portfolios, advise clients, or select investments; model outputs are inputs to the Pilot's own process and are not predictions of future results. Digital asset-related securities and spot cryptocurrency ETFs are highly volatile and may lose substantial value. Prediction market businesses are subject to evolving regulation.
