How to follow Ribbit Capital's public positions in your own brokerage

How the Ribbit Capital Tracker follows Ribbit's public 13F positions in your own brokerage, and why its private fintech bets aren't included.

I'm Chris, one of the co-founders of Autopilot. Ribbit Capital is a venture firm that has backed a lot of well-known fintech companies, and people want a piece of that.

I'll tell you now: most of what made Ribbit famous isn't buyable. Here's the part that is.

One thing first, because we're an SEC-registered investment adviser and I have to say it. Autopilot is the app. The actual investment advice comes from Autopilot Advisers, LLC. If you want the full legal version of anything in here, it's on our disclaimer page.

1) Who Ribbit is

Ribbit Capital is a venture capital firm based in Palo Alto, founded in 2012 by Micky Malka. It invests mainly in financial technology companies around the world.

Its management company files a quarterly Form 13F with the SEC, and those filings post on EDGAR where anyone can read them. A 13F can be filed 45 or more days after the quarter closes. So the filing is old the day it posts, and your account follows it after that. Anyone offering you a fund's trades faster than the filing is not working from public information.

2) What the Portfolio follows

The Ribbit Capital Tracker is created and managed by Autopilot Advisers, LLC. It's an Autopilot Portfolio, and its description names Ribbit's 13F filings from EDGAR as the source. When a new filing posts, the Portfolio updates and your account follows it.

Ribbit has nothing to do with it. It doesn't manage the Portfolio, it isn't affiliated with Autopilot, and it hasn't endorsed it.

3) What the filing can't show you

The venture book is the part people want, and no filing shows it. Private positions in companies that haven't gone public don't appear in a 13F, can't be bought in a brokerage account, and aren't in this Portfolio.

What the filing shows is US-listed stock, generally positions a venture firm still holds after a company went public. That can be a short list, concentrated in a few names. For those unaware, a venture firm's public holdings are usually what's left of its private bets, not fresh stock picks.

4) The stated idea

The Portfolio's description frames Ribbit as a firm built on one thesis: money is becoming software, and old financial infrastructure is being replaced.

That's the thesis. The Portfolio can only hold the public slice of it. I want to be honest with you about that, because it's the whole difference between the story and what you'd own.

5) Tracking versus following

Tracking means you read the positions somewhere. Plenty of sites parse the filing into a table, and nothing happens in your account.

Following means the positions are held in the brokerage account you already have, and stay updated. You give Autopilot Advisers limited authority to send orders to the account you already have. When the Portfolio changes, we send them and your broker fills them. The money stays put.

A flat cash subscription, not a percentage of your balance. Per our Form CRS dated February 2026, Basic Tier has no Base Advisory and Licensing Fee, and Premium Tier is $29.99 to $199.99 a quarter or $99.99 to $699.99 a year. Pilot subscriptions are separate and add on for each Pilot you subscribe to. Because it's a flat dollar amount, it's a bigger share of a small account than a big one, so do the math at your balance.

TLDR: The Ribbit Capital Tracker is an Autopilot Portfolio built from Ribbit's public 13F filings. It holds the listed stock the filings show, after the filing delay. The private fintech bets Ribbit is known for aren't in any filing and aren't in the Portfolio. Ribbit isn't involved.
