Wolf Financial's Portfolios on Autopilot: what they are and how to follow them

Wolf Financial's Portfolios on Autopilot: what they are and how to follow them.

Chris Josephs7 min read

I'm Chris, one of the co-founders of Autopilot. Wolf Financial publishes more Portfolios than almost anyone on the platform, across very different goals, so the useful thing here is a map rather than a pitch.

One thing first, because we're an SEC-registered investment adviser and I have to say it. Autopilot is the app. The actual investment advice comes from Autopilot Advisers, LLC. If you want the full legal version of anything in here, it's on our disclaimer page.

Who they are

Wolf Financial is a finance media brand, best known for its presence on X. The Portfolio descriptions say their strategies combine market expertise with thematic ideas aimed at a range of investment goals.

The Portfolios, and what each one says it does

The AI Flagship Fund is described as a high-conviction portfolio focused on companies at the front of AI infrastructure, applications and adoption.

The Crypto Bull is described as a high-conviction portfolio centered on companies driving innovation in digital assets and blockchain platforms.

Rare Metals & Mining is described as focused on gold, silver, copper, platinum and related opportunities, sourced from the Pilot's private research and analysis.

The Buy a House Fund is described as a diversified portfolio built largely from exchange-traded funds for broad market and sector exposure.

Set It & Forget It is described as built around established market leaders and enduring assets, for people who value stability over innovation.

And the Tom Lee Tracker follows a strategist's public commentary, which is a different kind of source and is covered separately in How to follow Tom Lee's public calls in your own brokerage account.

What to check before you follow

These range from a broad exchange-traded fund portfolio to concentrated single-theme bets, and they are not interchangeable. A crypto-linked equity Portfolio and a diversified fund Portfolio belong in completely different parts of anyone's plan.

Read the Portfolio's own description in the app, because that's the Pilot's statement of method and it's more specific than anything I'd write here. Look at the worst decline rather than the return, because that's the number that decides whether you hold on. Check how often it changes, since turnover costs money and creates taxable events in a taxable account. And check the fee at your balance, which is arithmetic in What Autopilot's fee actually means at your balance.

How following works

You pick the Portfolio, connect the brokerage you already use, and allocate money. You give Autopilot Advisers limited authority to send orders to the account you already have. When the Portfolio changes, we send them and your broker fills them. The money stays put.

What it costs

A flat cash subscription, not a percentage of your balance. Per our Form CRS dated February 2026, Basic Tier has no Base Advisory and Licensing Fee, and Premium Tier is $29.99 to $199.99 a quarter or $99.99 to $699.99 a year. Pilot subscriptions are separate and add on if you follow more than one Portfolio. Because it's a flat dollar amount, it's a bigger share of a small account than a big one, so do the math at your balance.
