Point72's latest 13F holdings: what Steve Cohen's firm bought and sold, and how the Point 72 tracker follows it
Point72's June 30, 2026 13F lists 2,452 securities worth $90.7 billion, led by Credo, ASML, and Amazon. What Steve Cohen's firm bought and sold, what it's disclosed since, and how the Point 72 tracker follows it.

Point72's latest 13F was filed on August 14, 2026, for the quarter that ended June 30. It lists 2,452 securities worth $90.7 billion.
The five biggest stock positions are Credo Technology, ASML, Amazon, MKS, and Arista Networks. The biggest drop in value was Nvidia. At March 31, it was Point72's largest stock position, with 7,584,654 shares. By June 30, it was down to 437,800.
Let me explain what's in the filing, what changed, what's happened since, and what a 13F can't tell you.
1) Steve Cohen and Point72
For those unaware, Steve Cohen runs Point72. Point72's Form ADV lists Steven A. Cohen as Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, and Co-Chief Investment Officer. Harry Schwefel is President and the other Co-Chief Investment Officer.
Point72's brochure, dated March 31, 2026, says Cohen owns more than 25% of the firm through intermediate entities. On January 1, 2018, Point72 took over funds a family office had managed. The brochure calls Point72 "a research-driven investment management firm built around discretionary long/short equities, systematic, global macro and other strategies."
To put the size into context:
- $274.1 billion in regulatory assets under management as of December 31, 2025, per the brochure. Under the SEC's instructions, that number doesn't subtract what the funds owe.
- About 3,345 employees, not counting clerical workers, with 1,587 of them doing investment advisory work, including research, per the Form ADV.
2) The filing
Point72 files under Point72 Asset Management, L.P. Its latest is Form 13F-HR, accession 0000919574-26-005520, for June 30, 2026, filed August 14, 2026. As of October 13, there's no amendment.
| Type | Lines |
|---|---|
| Reported value | % of total |
| Stock, ETFs, and convertible notes | 1,978 |
| $65,441,356,257 | 72.17% |
| Call options | 1,022 |
| $13,518,377,525 | 14.91% |
| Put options | 923 |
| $11,715,599,674 | 12.92% |
Two more things from the cover page. Other managers affiliated with Point72 have discretion over some of these positions. And three related firms file their own 13Fs: CPV Partners, 72 Investment Holdings, and Point72 Private Investments.
3) The top 15 stock positions
Stock lines only, no options, added up by security:
| # | Company | Shares | Reported value | % of total |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Credo Technology | 6,153,132 | $1,673,344,247 | 1.85% |
| 2 | ASML | 554,661 | $1,103,464,780 | 1.22% |
| 3 | Amazon | 4,449,716 | $1,060,545,311 | 1.17% |

| 6 | Seagate Technology | 822,914 | $794,112,010 | 0.88% |
| 7 | Advanced Micro Devices | 1,328,436 | $771,701,757 | 0.85% |
| 8 | Taiwan Semiconductor | 1,603,897 | $765,973,090 | 0.84% |
| 9 | Snowflake | 2,813,766 | $716,103,447 | 0.79% |

| 14 | Mondelez | 8,216,347 | $475,233,510 | 0.52% |
| 15 | Keurig Dr Pepper | 13,948,539 | $456,535,681 | 0.50% |
To put that into context, these 15 add up to $11.8 billion, about 13% of the filing. It's spread out.
The largest option positions are on the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust: $1.16 billion in puts and $1.07 billion in calls, counted by the shares underneath. Rank every position in the filing, stock or option, and those two would be second and fourth.
4) What changed since March 31
The March 31 13F listed 2,426 securities worth $78.1 billion. By June 30, it was 2,452 and $90.7 billion.
Among the 15 largest stock positions at March 31 or June 30, these moved by more than a million shares.

- Snowflake: 2,703,366 more, to 2,813,766.
- Oracle: 2,226,748 more, to 3,410,580.
- Procter & Gamble: 2,222,685 more, to 4,322,996.
- RTX: 1,250,728 more, to 3,298,107.

- Arista Networks: 1,405,824 fewer, to 5,139,737.
- Credo: 1,326,467 fewer, to 6,153,132. It's still number one.
- Broadcom: 1,242,728 fewer, to 1,023,500.
- Applied Materials: 1,117,138 fewer, to 599,984.
Opened: Texas Instruments, 1,377,090 shares worth $410.5 million. It's the largest new stock position.
No stock lines left, though option lines remain: Parker-Hannifin, Ross Stores, Clorox, and Costco.
Here's how much moved: nine of the 15 largest stock positions at June 30 weren't in the top 15 at March 31.
5) What's happened since June 30
The 13F stops at June 30. For later moves, watch Schedule 13G. For those unaware, it's the short form big holders file after they pass 5% of a company's stock and aren't trying to influence it.
Since June 30, Point72 has filed six new ones, each for an event after June 30. Here's the percent each one reports, and the date of the event:
- Perceptive Capital Solutions: 5.7%, July 7.
- Evommune: 5.3%, July 15.
- RxSight: 6.0%, August 12.
- Neuronetics: 5.0%, August 13.
- Viridian Therapeutics: 5.0%, August 19.
- E.W. Scripps: 5.2%, October 2.
Each one lists Steven A. Cohen as a reporting person. The filings say he controls Point72 Asset Management and its general partner, Point72 Capital Advisors.
A 13G covers one company at a time. The full picture comes with the September 30 13F.

6) What a 13F can't tell you
Here's the problem. 13Fs don't have a purchase date. They only have the ending date.
So you don't know if Point72 sold that Nvidia in April or on June 29, or at what price.
- It's the firm. The brochure says each Point72 portfolio manager is "generally expected to invest independently of the others" and may hold "economically offsetting positions." Its own example is one portfolio manager buying a stock while another sells it.
- It doesn't include Cohen Private Ventures. CPV Partners, also known as Cohen Private Ventures, runs strategies the brochure says are currently available only to Cohen and certain current or former employees. It files its own 13F. For June 30, that one listed five stocks worth $274.4 million, led by Laureate Education.
- Options come without strikes or expiration dates, and the SEC's 13F FAQ says short positions aren't reported.
- It's late. A 13F can show up 45 days after the quarter ends.
7) The Point 72 tracker on Autopilot
Autopilot Advisers builds the Point 72 tracker from Point72's 13F filings. Point72 doesn't run this Portfolio, and neither does Steve Cohen.
Its method: it takes the 15 largest holdings in Point72's latest 13F and rebalances with each new one. If there's a tie for 15th, it takes the company with the largest market cap.
As of October 13, it holds the 15 largest stock positions in the June 30 filing, once options are left out. Those are the same 15 names as the table in section 3. Its weights aren't the filing's percentages, so check them in the app.
It's been on Autopilot since November 16, 2023, and its performance chart in the app starts that day. The next 13F, for September 30, is due Monday, November 16, 2026.
8) How following it works
It's three steps. You connect the brokerage account you already have. You pick a Portfolio. You allocate the money.
You give Autopilot Advisers limited authority to place trades. It can't move or withdraw your money. The money stays in your account.
On Premium Tier, when the Portfolio changes, we send the orders to your broker where your broker allows it. On Basic Tier, there's no Autopilot fee: we send your broker your starting allocation, then alert you when it changes. Point 72 is part of Autopilot Premium, $29.99 a quarter or $99.99 a year as of October 9, 2026. The details are in What does Autopilot cost?
As of October 9, 2026, more than $2 billion is invested through Autopilot, and we have over 250,000 users.
I want to be honest with you. Following a filing means following it late. Some Portfolios go up for years, some are flat for years, and some lose money. Research the person and the Portfolio before you put money in.
More trackers built from public filings are in Hedge fund and Wall Street Portfolios. Ken Griffin's firm gets the same breakdown in What is Ken Griffin buying?
TLDR: Point72's 13F for June 30, 2026, filed August 14, lists 2,452 securities worth $90.7 billion, about 72% of it stock. The largest stock positions are Credo, ASML, Amazon, MKS, and Arista Networks. It added Keurig Dr Pepper, Mondelez, Snowflake, Oracle, and Procter & Gamble, opened Texas Instruments, and cut Nvidia from 7.6 million shares to 437,800. Since then, Schedule 13Gs show six new stakes of 5% or more. The Point 72 tracker holds the filing's 15 largest stock positions and rebalances with each 13F, the next due November 16, 2026.
Frequently asked questions

What is Steve Cohen buying?
A 13F can't show that day to day. Point72's latest 13F, for June 30, 2026, shows it added Keurig Dr Pepper, Mondelez, Snowflake, Oracle, and Procter & Gamble, and opened a Texas Instruments position. Since then, Schedule 13Gs show it passed 5% of six companies, most recently E.W. Scripps on October 2. The filings cover the whole firm, not Cohen's own picks.
What did Point72 buy and sell last quarter?
In the quarter that ended June 30, 2026, among its largest positions, Point72 added 13.0 million Keurig Dr Pepper shares, 3.3 million Mondelez, 2.7 million Snowflake, 2.2 million Oracle, and 2.2 million Procter & Gamble, and opened a Texas Instruments position. It cut Nvidia from 7.6 million shares to 437,800 and trimmed Block, Teradyne, Arista Networks, Broadcom, and Applied Materials. Its 13F no longer lists stock in Parker-Hannifin, Ross Stores, Clorox, or Costco.
How can I follow Point72's trades in my own brokerage account?
You can't follow Point72's trades as they happen. You can follow a Portfolio built from its public filings. On Autopilot, the Point 72 tracker holds the 15 largest stock positions in Point72's latest 13F. You connect the brokerage account you already have, pick the Portfolio, and allocate money. On Premium Tier, Autopilot Advisers sends the orders when it rebalances. It's always behind Point72. https://link.joinautopilot.com/eXKr?c=follow-point72-in-your-brokerage&af_sub1=body
Is there a Point72 portfolio tracker app?
Yes. Point 72 on Autopilot is a Portfolio Autopilot Advisers builds from Point72 Asset Management's 13F filings, live since November 16, 2023. It holds the 15 largest stock positions in the latest filing, leaving out options, and rebalances when a new 13F comes out. Point72 doesn't run it. You follow it in the brokerage account you already have.
Is there a Steve Cohen portfolio tracker?
Yes, with a catch. The Point 72 tracker on Autopilot is built from Point72's 13F, and that filing covers the whole firm, where portfolio managers invest independently, so it isn't a list of Cohen's own picks. Cohen Private Ventures, whose strategies are currently available only to Cohen and certain current or former employees, files its own 13F under CPV Partners. For June 30, 2026, it listed five stocks worth $274.4 million.
When is Point72's next 13F due?
The 13F for the quarter that ended September 30, 2026 is due Monday, November 16, 2026, 45 days after the quarter ends, moved to the next business day. The SEC doesn't grant extensions. Point72 filed its last four 13Fs on November 14, 2025, February 17, 2026, May 15, 2026, and August 14, 2026.
