Every theme Portfolio on Autopilot, by theme
Every theme Portfolio on Autopilot, by theme.
I'm Chris, one of the co-founders of Autopilot. This is the index page for the theme Portfolios. Each theme below has its own page with the Portfolios, the stated methods, and the risk, so this is a map rather than a pitch.
One thing first, because we're an SEC-registered investment adviser and I have to say it. Autopilot is the app. The actual investment advice comes from Autopilot Advisers, LLC. If you want the full legal version of anything in here, it's on our disclaimer page.
Technology and AI infrastructure
AI data centers and infrastructure, where several Pilots disagree about which layer of the build-out actually gets paid.
Humanoid robotics, built on the public supply chain because the pure-play humanoid companies are largely private.
Quantum computing, where the Portfolio holds every competing approach because none has won.
Exposure to the AI labs through public companies, which is a proxy rather than ownership and is worth being precise about.
Portfolios run by AI models are a separate category, since there the model picks the holdings rather than being the theme.
Energy, materials and industry
Nuclear energy and uranium, a small and violently volatile sector, run by a Pilot who says so himself.
Rare earths and critical minerals, which is more a policy and trade trade than a commodity cycle.
Defense and missile defense, where the buyer publishes its own spending, which makes it unusually researchable.
Frontier and speculative
The space economy, where three Pilots independently arrived at owning the suppliers rather than the storytellers.
Bitcoin treasury companies, which are leveraged operating-company versions of holding the asset.
Reddit sentiment, a momentum signal with a short half-life, filtered two very different ways.
Core and income
The largest technology companies, where the honest question is how much of them you already own.
Deep value, the oldest documented approach and the hardest one to sit through.
Dividend and income Portfolios, where a high yield usually prices risk rather than revealing an opportunity.
Long-horizon retirement Portfolios, where the unglamorous inputs matter more than the strategy.
Rules-based and quant Portfolios, where the method is a written procedure rather than a judgment.
The thing that applies to all of them
A theme Portfolio is closer to one position than to a portfolio. Everything inside a theme correlates, so holding twenty companies in one supply chain is not diversification, and following two Portfolios in the same theme is less diversification than it looks.
Size them as a sleeve alongside whatever your core is, not as the core. And read the drawdown before the return, which is the point of How to read a Portfolio page in the app.
How following works
You pick the Portfolio, connect the brokerage you already use, and allocate money. You give Autopilot Advisers limited authority to send orders to the account you already have. When the Portfolio changes, we send them and your broker fills them. The money stays put.
A flat cash subscription, not a percentage of your balance. Per our Form CRS dated February 2026, Basic Tier has no Base Advisory and Licensing Fee, and Premium Tier is $29.99 to $199.99 a quarter or $99.99 to $699.99 a year. Pilot subscriptions are separate and add on if you follow more than one Portfolio. Because it's a flat dollar amount, it's a bigger share of a small account than a big one, so do the math at your balance.

Each theme has its own page listing the Portfolios and their stated methods. The app is the accurate list at any given date, since Portfolios are added and removed.
best thematic investing app
I'm not going to tell you we're the best, because that's not something I can prove. What to compare is whether you hold positions or only read about them, where your money sits, whether each method is written down, and the fee at your balance.

Autopilot does not hold client assets. All investments are held at the brokerage firm you select and connect to Autopilot. Your brokerage firm is responsible for trade execution, custody, and reporting. Autopilot is not responsible for your broker-dealer’s services, fees, or execution quality.
Autopilot’s services depend on technology systems, third-party APIs, and internet connectivity. System outages, API disruptions, or connectivity issues may temporarily affect service availability or trade execution timing.
Client account holdings are designed to track the Portfolio you’ve selected, but your actual holdings and performance may differ from the Portfolio due to execution timing, market conditions, brokerage capacity constraints, fractional share availability, and other factors outside Autopilot’s control.
For Portfolios inspired by publicly disclosed trading activity, there may be a delay between when a Pilot executes a trade and when that trade becomes publicly available and is incorporated into the Portfolio. This timing delay may affect the suitability or performance of trades when executed in client accounts.
Portfolios described are published by independent Pilots and managed by Autopilot Advisers, LLC. Listing is not an endorsement of a Pilot or strategy. Thematic strategies are concentrated, correlated within a theme, and carry heightened risk of loss. Fee amounts are quoted from Form CRS dated February 2026 and may change.
